Online Booking and Appointments

Prescription Services

All prescription services — including EPS nomination, repeat prescription requests, and private prescriptions — are subject to the following conditions:

  • A valid prescription from an authorised UK prescriber is required before any prescription-only medicine can be dispensed
  • We will process EPS nominations and repeat prescription requests on your behalf but cannot guarantee outcomes that are dependent on your GP surgery or other prescribers
  • Any information you submit in connection with prescription services must be truthful, complete, and accurate. Providing false information to obtain medicines is a criminal offence
  • Private prescription charges are set by Massinghams Chemist and are payable at the time of dispensing
